I have a Dell P4 1.3ghz, 128meg RDRAM, Geforce2 GTS, intel onboard sound (this is my office PC) and Windows 2000.
When I play mpeg, avi,.mov, and ram files (any type of streaming media) the sound is high pitched and overall the video runs fast. It doesn't matter if I am using RealPlayer or MS Media Player v7.1. Is ther ea setting somewhere to fix this or a patch?

I found out this is also happening to all the P4s with same specs in our office. Please help if you can ::)
