media player languages

Hi,

I have a friend who is trying to use Media Player with his Russian song lists and has been unable to view the titles correctly. He can use the web, etc. and it appears that other functions on his PC will display the Russian fonts/charater set but all the displayed text in the media player interface is garbled. Are there some other settings that need to be changed?

Go the Microsoft media download centre and dowload the latest media player but select language to be russian from the drop down box ( it is there I have already looked )
