Media full

Hi, another small question : I have an HP SureStore 24x6 with 5 medias inside. I have put all the 5 medias in one group. I want to do full backup but every day in append to the last backup. I think that when the first media is full the backup continue on the second media. When the backup start on the fifth media and this is full what happend? It formats the first media and continue the backup on the first? or what?

As long as you setup the job options to append ARcserve will write until are tapes are filled. ARCserve will not start all over again since you told it to append.
You can solve this by erasing all tapes (ie 'blank media')and let the backup start over again or maybe you can use a second set of 5 media and replace one set each week, erase the other set and let ARCserve backup.
