Is there a way to use Open Text's Performance Analyzer 1.5.0.2, to measure the maximum number of concurrent users in Livelink per day over a limited number of months? We currently have a Livelink 9.5 SP1 environment.
yes if you analyze the wantSummaryTimings=true logs over a 2 week period you will get that number. However interpreting the health of the system requires more training and knowledge of the data points the logs is trying to tell.An easy way is to pay OT/livelinkExperts to do it once and ask the person a lot of qns and then use it yourself and gain that knowledge from the next time on.
Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, we already have wantSummaryTimings=true active in our production instance, so I guess what the Performance Analyzer is producing needs to be more granular somehow. I've attempted to use the Report Painter, but have no similar examples to compare.
Look in the summary section that shows the TPS and concurrent users for the reporting period

Yes - looks like I would be able to extrapolate an average of concurrent users over a specific period of time using the data from two out of three threads (in our instance) based on their similar Start and End times. Thanks again for your assistance.
