Measured VDN's

I am setting up a new VDN in my G3SI V 12 PBX. When I try to put in "both" in the measured field on page 1 of the VDN. It tells me you MUST ADMINISTER CMS RELEASE ON SYSTEM PARAMETERS FEATURE FORMS. When I went to the system parameters features forms and nothing seemed to make sense. We 42 other VDN set up measurng both internal and external. By the way internal and external works in that field, but I can't get both. Any ideas?

Do you have a CMS system? It's likely that you used to have one and that is how you were once able to set your VDNs to both or external. If you don't have a CMS link set-up anymore, then you can only measure VDNs internally.
