Does anyone have any information on the above?

I've run across the exact same message and am surprised that a reply hasn't been generated. I am too at a loss to explain the error and should would like some help. Thanks.
 
where did you find these messages (in /var/adm/messages)?
can i have more context (several messages before and after these lines)?

these messages are just info - level, you can change the level in /etc/syslog.conf if you just want to see warnings, errors, etc.
