ME crash help please!!

I was playing a game and quit out of it. only to have my pc lock up. I tried to end the task but didn't work so I powered down. Now when it restarts it gives me a "NTLDR missing hit any key to restart" I do that and it just posts the same response

Eeeew. I think that occurs when the operating system cant be found. Given the nature of your problem, I would get out a startup disk, try to run it and get into safe mode, and then reboot into normal mode. If that doesnt work try running scan disk off of the boot floppy. There is some help on

I remember that this is a somewhat common boot problem, even though I have never heard of a crashing game causing it.
