I can't build a dll with an MDIForm - but it will allow it to be built as a child - until I goto run it and it won't load because it can't find a MDI (even though one is loaded - the relocation MDI).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't think you can do it (without some complicated API functionality).

If you want to program an application so that DLL's contain user interface components (i.e. forms) then you end up with an SDI (Single document interface) application like Word 2000 as opposed to an MDI application like Excel 2000.

I have come across applications which use a mixture of the two (MDI with forms that are not contained within the MDI container) before.

Andy.
