MD110 TTY Commands

Can anyone please provide a list of all the TTY Commands. In Particular one to check if a digital phone is unplugged from the port where it is assigned a number and EQU to enable recovery of the EQU and extension. Thanks in advance.

BLFDP will show you if the phone is not connected and Ksddp shows you the equ position.
