Hi Everyone,

Tried to soft & hard restart (RFBOI) one of the TLU81 card but the result is always failed board. We've replaced the card but still cannot restart the card and when we swapped the old card to other slot with existing TLU 81, the card can be restarted.

We tried to SFCEI but the issue still the same. We noticed it when there is an issue on the incoming call to this card and tried to restart the card. Even after we replace it, there is still issue with the incoming call to this card so we are not sure if this is related to the restart issue cause the service provider keep saying they can't get any output from this card.

CNLIP, we can see the status of the card is active and CNBIP show the correct card info.

Any idea guys? Thanks in advance.

Regards,

have you programmed it as a programmable board -VAR parameter?

<RODAP:ROU=ALL;
ROUTE DATA
ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER

Hi,
the board, which can not be restarted, is EQU xx-xx-00 configured ??

(I had same problem with an other board, where only EQU 01, 02, .. but not 00 where configured.)

best regards,
Norbert

Can you block the board and try to restart?
BLDBI:BPOS=X-X-XX;
RFBOI:BPOS=X-X-XX;
BLDBE:BPOS=X-X-XX,ALLFM=YES;

Hi Guys, thanks for the reply. We managed to resolve the issue and we can now restart the card after we cnboe and then re initiating and configuring the card.
