Does the MD110 support any interface or protocol for CTI applications, except TAPI? Nortel Networks has Meridian Link for their Meridian 1 switches? Is there anything like this for the MD110?

Thanks,
Calvin

Hi !
TAU D is a Terminal Adapter Unit designed for connection to the Ericsson exchanges ASB 501 and ASB 150 or equivalent and allows voice transmission and signal channel access over the two wire digital extension line 2B+D. It is intended for connection of OWS, Application link, PSC or equivalent together with a digital telephone, type DBC 199, DBC 202, DBC 203 or equal, if necessary.

You need.
TAPI SDK (Software Development Kit):
Microsoft Developer Network
FS Multimedia protocol, 359/15517-APD10102 Uen rev. A4
FS Extension line signalling, TAU-D, 2/15517-ZAT 505 120

Hi!

Yes, the MD110 ApplicationLink will give you a more or less standard CSTA interface through TCP/IP. Many of the major CallCenter solutions support the MD110 either directly through ApplicationLink or via Dialogic CT-Connect.

The ApplicationLink can also support TAPI.
