I have a proplem with QSIG link between MD110 BC12 SP6 and commtech wireless (Bleep) Paging server through Intel Dialogic card.all The channels got busy from time to time although no one use these channels.

if you print SUSIP command you can see:

PLEASE WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

my first advice would be upgrading to SP11.

some things to try:
change:
ROCAP SERV to 2110000000, SIG to 111111000031.
RODAP VARI to 10040000

It can be a synchronization problem or master-slave problem.

1. Have a look at the clock's sources used from each system.

2. Have a look which of the systems is master and which is slave

Add "common grounding" to the good ideas written here.
Of course the MD110 has to have its own good grounding (preferable max. 2 ohms on 10¤ copper cable). Sometimes you forget to have the same good grounding to your applications like this server. Most important is that the gounding is the SAME to both systems.

Try reset unit DTR, TLP60, and SLP60

again, this is a known problem, just load SP11 (or ask your service provider)

The problem is the system installed in a hospital, for that it is not easy to upgarde the system even buy ESD tool. by the way we are trying to take a permission to upgrade the system to BC13 SP5.
my idea is there is no patches can solve the problem??
the problem is coming every 10 to 12 days.
I thought that the problem is from the Dialogic Card
has any body experiance with Dialogic cards??
please advice...

I have forget to say that I have connected the server to the grounding of the PABX .
resetting the program units solve the problem temporary. the problem is coming again after some dayes.

The system has upgraded to TSW SP5 but now the problem has another shape. By SUSIP command you can see all the channels are free. but actualy they can't dial. without any wrong dial tone (tee tee tee). only silance.
please advice.
