Try this:
Node A
ROCAI:ROU=60,SEL=0120000000000010,SERV=2110030000,TRAF=00151515,TRM=5,SIG=111100000031;
RODAI:ROU=60,TYPE=SL60,VARC=00000310,VARI=15400000,VARO=06C00000;
RODDIEST=8,SRT=1,ROU=60,ADC=0606100000000250000000000;
Node B
ROCAI:ROU=60,SEL=0120000000000010,SERV=2110030000,TRAF=00151515,TRM=5,SIG=111100000031;
RODAI:ROU=60,TYPE=SL60,VARC=00000310,VARI=15400000,VARO=06B00000;
RODDIEST=7,SRT=1,ROU=60,ADC=0606100000000250000000000;
Destination depends on your numbering plan. There are plenty of things to consider like, exhange ID and also you can use PNR table.
there is only the aspac 223 for handling supplementary services. if you are working with the described programming you will set it to =0, this means you will use proprietary UUi between the both exchanges.
to use network services maybe you have to set the
ADC=0606100000000250006000000 for your destination codes.
