Hello everyone,

A company that I work for has a MD110 TSW-SP08/R9A PBX. They would like to have the extension numbers of a huntgroup present the huntgroup number instead of the extension number. (Example: Groupnumber 600 and members 601 - 604, when a member makes a call it should send 600 as CLI and not 601 - 604).
I am looking for the correct TTY commands to do this for analogue, digital and IP extensions.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Kind regards,
PlusWin

Hello ceejay55,

Thank You for your respons. For as far as I know the NUTRI command only changes the number presented on outgoing calls. I would also like to change the presented number on internal calls as well.

This is the situation:
We operate an IT servicedesk for this company, so they can call us internally. People now often call back to an engineer who helpded them before, instead of the servicedesk number. To prevent people making calls to an engineer my boss would like to present our servicedesk huntgroup number on all engineer extension numbers.

Huntgroup number 600, engineers 601 - 614. The phones used are analogue, digital and IP ones.

I know this is possible, a couple of years ago we set this up for a department of doctors. Unfortunately this department does not exist anymore and all the extensionnumbers have been deleted.

Hope You can help me with this.

Kind regards,
PlusWin

EXADC:DIR=...,ADDNUM;
KSADC:DIR=...,ADDNUM;
ADDNUM=600 (GH-Number)
I`m not sure if you can juse the GH-Number as ADDNUM.
1.) I Think you have to delete the GH-number, and configure an extension with "600".
2.) Then you have to set the EXADC, KSADC, ..
3.) after that delete the Extension 600 and configure GH-group 600.
best regards,
Norbert

Hello snor,

Thank you very much. This exactly what I need!!
You are correct, the huntgroup number can't be used. I will create an extension with the gh-number and redirect it to a new GH-number with the old members.

Kind regadrs,
PlusWin

The correct command for an IP phone (or generic number) is:

GEadc:DIR=xxx,ADDnum=yyy;
