MD110 Direct number to secretary

Hi,
How can we configure MD110 to allow for a number to directly call a specific extension? the scenario is that the manager would like to dial "9" to directly call his secretary.

Appreciate detailed description and steps.

9 usualy is used to call the console operator. What type of phone has the secretary and the boss?

What type of phone does the manager have? (DIG, IP etc)

Try to use the MNS function key.
