Hi all!
The system here (MD110 BC11SP10) is composed by 17 LIMs, we have several ELU31 and more or less 100 RFP (both 301 and 201) installed. The DECT phones in use at the moment are DT570, DT 290, DT412 and DT590. While DT570 works perfectly, all the other models (290, 412 and 590) have a strange behaviour: when they go out of field, once the filed returns they don't sense it and they remain in the "searching" state (looking for the field) until I shut down and turn on again the device. In this way the phone begin to work normally, but if I don't turn off and on the device it would search for the field forever, being unuseful.
I repeat, this strange behaviour occurs only with DT290, DT412 and DT590. DT570 works great!
No problems with the synchronization ring, 5 RFP programmed on each ELU31 (average value), all the RFP works perfectly.
The firmware releases are the following:
ELU31 R8A,
201 R6B,
301 R3E
Any idea, suggestion, experience? If you need more details just ask!
Thank you in advance for your kindness in reading my message (and I hope you can help me)!
