We are in the process of integrating an existing CTI application with a client who uses the Ericsson MD110 PBX. We are using the CT Adapter to connect the switch with the call center's PC's running Windows XP Pro(SP2).
Our problem comes when installing the TSP included with the MD110 CT Adapter (v1.17). Here's what happens:
1. copy mdmmp32.tsp from installation disk to %windows%\system32
2. add the 'Ericsson MD110 Service Provider' to the provider list using Control Panel --> Phone and Modem options.
3. after this step, there is a long delay followed by a dialog box indicating a crash of the mdmmp32.tsp provider ("Generic host process for win32 Services...")
4. the MD110 provider remains in the provider list but is not available for use.
In addition, I have attempted troubleshooting using the TAPI browser and this always fails when making the 'lineInitialize' call.
Have any others experienced similar issues and found suitable workarounds?
