G'Day from Oz!
I have a problem with a customer's BC9 MD110: the auto-dump (via DUFQI) keeps failing.
When I attempt to force a manual dump (using DUSYIUMP=ALL,PRINT=ALL the dump goes through to the CHECK READING OF RELOAD DIRECTORY stage, then stalls and the IPU resets, logging me off and dropping my connection (I have to dial back into the PABX - that's OK). REL2 is valid, REL1 is invalid.
I've restarted program units ALH1, BUP, CNH1, DRDH, DRDM & FIH in LIM1, and also units BUP & DRDR in LIM2 (2-LIM system).
I believe the system is running patch 44 at the moment - the customer HAS been told they should upgrade to patch 58 but have not responded...would the patch version make a difference?
Any tips, hints or suggestions?
