MD110 BC13 & QSIG 1

We have recently upgraded to BC13 on our MD110. We have a QSIG link which only seems to pass CLI one way-outbound. Calls coming into the MD110 show as "PRIVATE". I am certain the CLI is present when arriving at the MD but it does not display on MD phone.

Any ideas?

Are you sure that the CLI is present and un-restricted? It could be that CLIR has been configured i.e. restricted. Best to do a signal trace and confirm your thoughts.

Had the same problem. Think it's a known problem - don't know the solution 'though. We changed to DPNSS & it worked fine.

Thanks IPuser. I checked what JD said and low behold-"RESTRICTED" DOH. Fixed now ,thanks all.

Do you mean MD110 was displaying Restricted CLI's , before the Upgrade ? Surely not ?
