MD110 BC12 enabling Caller ID ISDN

We added an extra ISDN-2 card in our MD110 BC12.
We would like to enable outbound caller id for this trunk.

It is connected to our SIP based PBX and we would like to show the internal extension number to the SIP PBX.

We cannot find the right setting to configure this.
