MD110 BC11 Ring back tone 1

I have a E1 controller in a 7204 gateway connected to a MD-110 PBX, configured with QSIG signaling. The problem is that I am not receiving the ringback in the IP phones for internal calls only (I receive it calling external numbers outside the MD110.

Try change the D6 in varc to 3 IE 00000310.
