CAN I DEVELOP AN APPLICATION (IN VISUAL BASIC 6.0) THAT MANAGE THE MD110??
I MUST:
1. INTERCEPT A CALLED;
2. INTERCEPT THE NUMBER OF CALLING;
3. INTERCEPT THE NUMBER OF CALLED;
4. SHUNTING A CALLED;
5. TRANSFER CALL;

yes you can.
you must buy application link from your local vendor.
then you can use an ocx to do the interfacing the the MD110. beware!! this is not an easy task. I hope you are aware that there are already E/// that will do this for you, like ECC (ericsson communication client).a more advanced application is Solidus or Genesys, both tailored towards call centre environments.

On my PC I have installed the MD110 ApplicationLink Client while on server there is MD110 ApplicationLink Server.
Where can i find the ocx?
Know you if there are examples on the web?
