Only 1 call can ring in at a time, until it is answered and then another call can ring in on the remaing MCR key's untill it is answered and then another call can ring in. so eventually you can have a different call on every MCR key.
So if 2 people call at the same time, 1 will ring and the other will get a busy. so to get around this short coming you may need a 2nd or 3rd or maybe a 4th MCR key with a different number and a HUNT to the last MCR key depending on how many calls you might get at the same time.
I have 1 line now and it is a standard SCR key. This number is set on 6 other phones with non did as over flow. I could
put an MCR on these 6 phones. If I do this I will need to put additional MCR keys for over flow because if the main MCR key is busy it needs to go to the other mcr keys? 1 MCR key will not be enough on all phones?
