I needed a separate line for inbound calls from Customer Support to ring 20 phones. Since the M3903's had the CSD on KEY 01, I moved it to KEY 02 and put the MCR xxxx at KEY 01.
I then had a problem that if someone was on the phone on their main extension on their phone, and recieved an inbound call on that extension, it would roll over and hit the MCR, ringing 20+ phones.
I discovered that I needed to change LHK 1 to LHK 0... it worked, but does that sound like the right solution, and is that all I might need to change from switching 2 keys around?
Also, the MCR, they didn't want it to go to voicemail, ever. So I changed FHA & HUNT to point to the MCR's own number... which does indeed make it ring over and over again as desired. Does that sound like a proper & reasonable solution according to the needs that were given to me?
I'll post TNB prints of a typical extension and the MCR next.
