MCK Etxender 7000 with MICS 7.1

Hi, we have changed a Norstar 8x24 DR5 for a Mics 7.1. Since that upgrade, we have problème with the mck module. The 20 phones at the other location turn off, we need to reboot the MCK 2-3 times per day. We think maybe thats an imcompatibility with the version 7.1 or mayber the MCK version is not up to date. The bandwith seem's to be fine. Can somebody can help me with that problem?

Suggest you call Citel support.

Compatibles with M and T sets....KSU versions not mentioned.

Are you using KSU or 0X16's for the 20 phones?.

No we've install all the phones on the 0x32 because we think that was the problem first. Thanks for your help. We spoke whit Citel, but no specify answer.
