MCK Citel Extender 1

Hello, I want to set up a remote T73163 handset using an MCK Citel Extender. Does anyone know if any other extender that is set up for a Lucent for example handset can be used or reprogrammed for a Nortel/Meridian handset? I have read some posts about the MCK Citel extenders can be changed or reprogrammed to accommodate another model switch but I can;t find how to do this? Thank you

I don't know that the new e series would work on the older MCK's
You did not say which model you have but at one time you could revert it to Norstar via the software from their site.
Best you call/email them for more info, depending what you have depends if they support it anymore.

Thank you. Unfortunately I have found Citel to be very unresponsive to customers. They wont answer emails or Chats and they don;t answer their phone. Very strange. I have read other negative posts like that.
