MCK 6000 PBXgateway help needed.....

I am experiencing the exact same problem. When I boot my MCK PBX Gateway, it says there is an error loading the image file. The box cannot load the default.m6b file. How did you resolve this problem??

I have re-imaged at least 3 times with the same result. The file is there but the box will not load from the new image instead it says eror with the default.m6b file. How do I get the new image to load into flash?
