How can I increase the amount of session data stored in the CallPilot system? My trace tool only seems to keep the past 48 hours worth of session data and I need to keep much more.
Got the answer from my vendor. In case anyone else is interested, here it is.
In CP Manager you set this length in System->OM Configuration. The max is 10 days which seems low to me, especially since the trace tool defaults to showing the past year.
