I have a CS 1000 and I have a number and it says it is a MCDN. Is anyone able to tell me what a MCDN is and what overlay you are able to prt the information in?
Thanks

A MCDN is an Message Center Directory Number. It is an ACD queue which has the Message Wait Centre (MWC) prompt set to YES in LD 23. The ACD needs to be a MWC for sets to be able to FNA, Hunt and CFW to the ACD-DN. When the ACD-DN is printed in LD 20 it will appear as a MCDN.

You can print it out in LD 23.

Thank you so much,I had never encountered that before.
