i've been doing this a long time and i still get stumped. any idea as to what this is?

i know MCDN is just an ACD group, but i have no idea what this would be built for. is it for MerMail or Symposium or something else?

Looks like a mermail node or call pilot.
The key assignments look like a voicemail tn.

 
The DES shows VM21 so I would guess voice mail as well.
 
No mma in cls would negate a direct mail app (would it?)

Set type is SL1. This is programing for a Meridian Mail. Looks like 2 or 3 node system to me. This is possibly the access or ivr ports for symposium since the TN's are scattered and there are some that seem to be missing. Better to spread a few across all nodes. If your meridian mail is gone then I would say they missed these ports when they outed the other voicemail ports as they would have been in another acd queue.
