MCDN stands for Meridian Customer Defined Network, it is used for private netwoking of phone systems.

Call Pilot is th evoice mail system.

did I understand the question?

thx alot for the positive reply.
I currently have 2xBCM50 rel 1(test units) and need to create a small call center with 2xIP phones and 3xT7316E also want to add a voice message(call pilot). What comes first in programming?and how do I get the sytem to work?
your suggestions will be much appreciated.

1st connect a PC to the OEM port, set your PC to get an ip address VIA DHCP.

then brows to 10.10.11.1, you will need to download and install Element manager.

all the documentation will be available at that IP address as well.

you will need a Vendor involved to purchase Key Codes for Call Center and Voicemail boxes. you already have call Pilot, you just might need some mailboxes

thank you again.Let me follow the process and hope it gonna work.I have the voice messaging and IP telephony client licences
