MCD ACD reports?

Is there any reporting available for the standard ACD agent licenses on MCD besides Prairiefyre? The customer I have wants ACD agents with the standard ACD Paths but I was told there is no reporting available unless I use Prairiefyre.

I understand the only other option is to use the simple ACD agents license with CSM which only allows me to use ACD hunt groups?

Are these the only options? The 200icp has a decent reporting option without using an outside source.

Taske was bought by Prairiefyre

There are no other direct connected apps for ACD logging
