MCD 6.0 SP2 (Speaker Button)

Hi All,

I upgraded my customer to the latest software version (MCD6.0SP2)

We have received the following
- We have notice that since the latest update, now whenever we pick up a line using speakerphone, the phones automatically set to mute. We have to unmute the line each time. Can this be turned off?

I have never come across this before, I would have thought if its a new feature then it would probably probably be in Class of Service....... but I cant see anything?

Would be grateful for any guidance.

Haven't seen this on any site yet, did you update the firmware on the sets, load ipdevice 1-999
 
Is Handsfree Answerback Allowed enabled?
Also make sure Multiline Set On-hook Dialing enabled? in Class of Service

I have a 6.0 SP2 system that I tested on.
When I select a line the mute button turns on. I dial a number, and as soon as I connect to the number I am calling the mute button automatically turns off.
