I upgraded my customer to the latest software version (MCD6.0SP2)
We have received the following
- We have notice that since the latest update, now whenever we pick up a line using speakerphone, the phones automatically set to mute. We have to unmute the line each time. Can this be turned off?
I have never come across this before, I would have thought if its a new feature then it would probably probably be in Class of Service....... but I cant see anything?
Would be grateful for any guidance.
