MCD 6.0 Passing CID from calling party to External Called Party

Hello,

My brain seems to have frozen up on me and for some reason I can't recall what COS options I need to have enabled or disabled to allow CID from external calling party pass through to an external called party.
I have and External Hot Desk Extension set up but when call is received I get company's CID rather than the CID of the party calling in.

Anyone have any idea?



Technology is going to kill us all!
