Hey all,

Just read through the MCD 4.2 update course and have to say there are some excellent additions in there:

CF profile form - set/remove CF on a set by set basis in ESM.
DND - turn DND on & off from ESM.
Multi coloured LED status indicator.
Night service indication on feature key.

All good stuff

Mitel have just released a solution.

Software Release Update on Nov 22, 2010
10.2.0.26_2 Disk1 is the 2nd release of MCD 4.2, which includes the latest
firmware of 5320/30/40 and to allow these Sets to get power within the first
8 seoconds of bootup sequence on some old Cisco equipment.

10.2.0.26_2 has an other fix/workaround that has not been reported. If SIP IP Dect phones are configured with multi call line then in previous releases this would prevent One Busy All Busy to work for PRG. That has been changed for this load. PRG with Dect phone busy then the PRG is also busy if configurate.

Guys, how are you finding 4.2? How long is 5.0 off release?

5 won't be until about may next year

5 is delayed from what I hear. Might be a 4.3 first.
