Gents,

We have 4 x MCD 4.2 controllers(System 1,2,3,4) formed a cluster. Clustered hotdesk enabled. System 1 and System 2 is a resilient pair.

I'd like most of forms (like COS, FAC, etc.)to be shared between System 1 and System 2. But ONLY shared Tel dir. to System 3 and System 4.

Do you have any similar experience? What is your way to do it?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Kelvin

You can change the sharing scope in shared form assignment. Not sure if you can go down to resilient pair on things like COS though

Why not share it all. That will allow people to hotdesk around the cluster and get a common experience. Will also ensure feature function across the cluster.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Thanks for all your reply.

I tried that way. it looks like need to define network group first. But I cannot find the way to define it.

Since we'd like to migrate one more live controller into the cluster, but those programming in the new controller is really inconsistent to others. I dont want to make much of programming change.

If you are on 4.2 you will ony get the default forms which include the teldir

You can just sync without selecting any of the forms.
It is also possible to sync admin groups.

Just make sure the first time you synch that you select service hosting with nothing else selected.
