MCD 3300 MXe 4.1sp2 - RNA (Ring No Answer Timer)

Hiya,

Hope 2014 got off to a great start for ya'll..

I need some assistance to lower the RNA timer for a 5540 IP console so that forwarded calls from the console rollover quicker to programmed extension. I'm guessing the system feature settings form,class of service options for the console in question? If im right, which of the options do I need to adjust?

I had previously setup the operator ext to forward to a couple of extensions for incoming calls that would normally be put on hold, or left ringing until answered by the operator. The hotel wants the calls to forward more quickly because the call forwarding setup has not activated as yet. I know it will only happen once the RNA timer ends.
