Recently Changed the vg on the shared disk(package) and made what i thought was the necessary conf changes to the conf files for the cluster lock, as in changing to new vg and and pv, the problem is now, on startup of the cluster the package creates a lck file the node 1 but on switch over of the package to node2 the lock file isnt deleted from node 1 and moved to node 2. also ive had instances where a lock file has been created on both node 1 and node 2 so the cluster doesnt start up as it cant.
Anyone got any ideas ? any help would be much appreciated.

If you've created /changed VG, I presume you've updated the cmclconfig file.

If so, you need to run

cmapplyconf

Cheers for the reply yes have updated the cmclconfig file to contain the new VG and then ran cmapplyconf.
But for unknown reasons to me the lock just doesnt seem to be performing as it should
