Is it possible to establish 100MB full duplex on these cards?

Yes,

If your switch is autonegociate, your MC might turn to 100Mbs. If no, log on MC, and type setTlanSpeed 10100 (for auto) or 100 to force it at 100Mbs. Force the speed is not recommended unless other side (Switch) has not same set up.

The switch is set at 10MB half duplex. The cards i have are NTVQ01BB. I would like to know if there are newer cards that wil allow at least 10MB full duplex or utopia 100MB full.

No newer cards, NTVQ01BB is actual.
As i said, log on MC, getTlanSpeed or itgCardShow to see how it's configure and change it according your switch:
setTlanSpeed
setTlanDuplex
