Mbox "Not accepting messages"??? 1

I've tried to delete and rebuild.
Other Mboxes on Call Pilot are getting messages.
This Mbox has no messages in it.

Is there a "don't accept messages" feature on CP?

check the mailbox carefully in its setup. It might be an information mailbox. it must be a subscriber box in order to accept messages. Or the user may have selected to use the alternate greeting which has an option of not accepting messages.

Problem was the alternate greeting not accepting messages.
I tinkered w/ that pre post and didn't get the option to "not accept". However I am seeing that option now.

Reason I wasn't getting the "don't accept" option is because I was working w/ the Gen Del Mbox. Brilliant! ! !
