Hi,

I have an MBG server (LAN/WAN Mode) (Version 8.0.26.0) which regularly shows Major alarms for the following reason,

I have checked on the MCD controller (Version 6.0SP3) and the files exist in the /db/Html/defaults directory.

Has anyone come across this before?

Run DBMS Check Full and see the results. See if any DB errors. Start with that.

Unless someone else has an idea, I'd say open tkt. with Mitel.

what's the Tftp blocksize set to in the MBG ? try making it a lower setting.
I have seen the same alarms but just ignore them as they don't seem to be service affecting.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

@Billz66, The block size was set to 4096 I have now changed it to 1024 and will see what happens. I like yourself have been ignoring the alarms as they don't cause any operation issues but the alarms are now getting on my nerves.

@jrgood0852, Thanks for your help if the blocksize doesnt have any affect I will raise a ticket.

I will let you know the outcome in case it is useful for anyone else.

NP. If your customers are like ours (the administrators) they always get nervous when they see an alarm. I wonder if you could tweak the threshold.
