MBG no Transmission

Call sets up O.K. but no transmission. Using minet.
MBG event log shows "major alarm- loos of rx stream from SS for 5020ms"
Set shows it is connected properly.
Running the TNA program all checks O.K.
I suspect it is a port on the customers router ?
Any help would be appreciated.
 
no voice is normally a default gateway issue check this out at both ends
 
Problem is happening at 2 different remote sites.

MBG / APC is configured to use DHCP on to a router and router is then "attaching" external IP. (Dhcp 192.168.1.12)

If I set the phone in the routers network and point it to the
DHCP (192.168.1.12) all works correctly.

The problem seems to occur through the the router.
 
ok so we need to look at the bigger picture. Can you tell us what the setup is excatly: subnet of 3300, subnet of teleworker server, sounds like its setup in server only mode but please confirm, ports open on firewall etc
 
Is this an issue with calls between 2 Teleworker handsets? If so, we've come across this issue in the last couple of days; we downgraded MBG to 5.2.23.0 and the problem went away.

Calls from TW handset to TDM or internal IP handsets were fine, this was purely no audio on calls between TW handsets.

(Wireshark traces show that audio was being sent to the wrong IP (audio (UDP)) was being sent from MBG's LAN IP address to it's External IP address rather than the handsets).
 
The problem was between the remote extn and the 3300 (extn or trunk).
The problems appears to be the customers router.
Fitting a new router with a dedicated internet connection later this week to prove problem.
