Greetings Mitel Guru's,

Having an issue with MSL 9.1 on a computer.
Updated SX200ICP to latest release, and upgraded MBG to 5.2. Site was previously running Teleworker 3.1 with no issues till the full install.

Only 3 sets are running on server, so rebuilt system rather than doing upgrade to 4.5 then to 5.2.

Server/Gateway - Linux computer seems to lock up (freeze), Teleworker sets lose connection, and then no synchronization to AMC. Most often, you can ping the external IP address, but sometimes you cannot.

Looked at the event records, system parameters (programming), system Logs; cannot find any issue of where or when the problems commence.
Have to reboot Server computer - maybe a few times to re-establish sync to AMC. Then TW Sets come back and work.
Sync sometimes lasts up to 6 hours, then loses connectivity and stops running.

Any help will be most appreciative.
Thanks

Check the docs and make sure you have the right ports open. They may have switched somethings around.

Nope, but thanks for the information mitelninja... think I found the issue. Just checked the AMC records (the AMC and MBG sync every 4 hours), the MBG is still talking to the AMC!

Site is using 2 NIC's: 1 LAN and 1 WAN - the WAN NIC went bad.

Replaced the NIC... reset the AMC Hardware ID and voila everything starts up again.

Just incase anyone else is having this issue and want to see what someone else did to resolve.
