I have been trying to find the maximum number of entries allowed per IDC table to no avail. Features and Services NTP provides a good description of the feature, but doesn't mention limits on table entries.
The reason I'm asking is that we have a large contact center and are considering replacing PRI's with telco SIP trunks. I estimate that I may need between 20,000 and 30,000 entries in a single IDC table, as SIP removes the ability of the carrier to create trunk groups. We have considered using multiple IP addresses, with each IP address representing a pseudo trunk group, but Session Manager can't support it.
I would appreciate any help that can be provided.
