Maximum message length / Mailbox Sizes

Is there a global setting I can change that will change the maximum message length and mailbox sizes? I have run out of space on my Merlin Voice Messaging system, and realize that callers are leaving messages that are between 2 - 3 minutes long. And, some mailboxes have about 10 or 15 of these long messages saved.

Also, is there any way that I can find out how much free space the Merlin Messaging system has left?

One other question... if I were to change a mailbox that already had 18 minutes of messages saved, and I change the mailbox size to be 15 minutes... will that delete any messages in that person's mailbox?

Please be more specific as to the Mail System involved.

I use Merlin Mail Release 3 and when I modify/change the class of service on a mailbox (to change the size limits) it does not delete any voicemails already on that mailbox. I don't know of any way to find out how much storage is left, so you may have to lower storage size on some mailboxes to eliminate your problem. Look at the class of serives key to decide your size.
