What is the maximum distance of wired ext connection in panasonic pbx..? More than 500 meter..?or less..? Is this related to pbx type-(tda/ncp/tde/ns..) or its the same for all type..?
The slt is a standard telephone line a cordless or house phone. It has no blf.
To transfer a call from this phone you will need an r or recall button that flashes the line for 90-110 milliseconds. This can be extended in programming if you want to use hook flash. Mostly used for hotel-rooms or places that is used just to phone in or out only
Mr. Obtsystems do you know what the telephone provider company uses in order to transmit telephone signal such a long distance..? - (i mean the telephone signal that it come to our home) - Do they use fiber connection..? Or just krone but with high quality cable and high pbx performance..? Actually i didnt go to any pbx provider center yet..
In Ireland, the phone company had small exchanges all around the country. In the bigger towns/cities they would have a number of larger exchanges in different areas.
They all still exist but have fibre interlinking them and now they would have fibre to the home for broadband and would have the phones ( if anyone still has one) off the modem. We rarely use copper lines anymore, most lines are sip or hosted system using sip/IP phones over the broadband
