A pt key set will run around 200m on cat 5-6
Slt will do over 1000m on cat 5-6.
Check your pairs for continuity. Could be a break in the cable
Other thing is the distance allowed is based on resistance of the cable. If there’s a twist or kinks in the cable it could cause high resistance on the wires.

. Well Yes i think there is a lot of resistance on the wire, but i was wounder if the analoge ext ports in tes824 is the same power as kx-ns500. When i measure the voltage on the avo from analoge port in tes824 it give me 30V.

Around 30v is about right. What are you getting at the end of the cable?
