in call center i've 4 hunt groups,composed by the same 25 users.
i've to regulate incoming calls in 4 different call lenght(i.e the calls incoming on group 1 must fall after 6 minutes,on group 2 after 12 and so on)
i've put short code of "Maximum Call Length"in incoming cal destination,and works:calls fall after the time i've decided in the short code.
BUT there's one problem:if i transfer a call ,the "time of the call" reset,and restart from the moment the other user is connected to the incoming call.
is pssible the make undertsand at the ip office that the call is only one ,and not another brand new?
i really don't know how to resove this matter!
