Max TNT Authentication Problems

Hi all this is a new install and I cannot get it to authenticate users. I am using Vircom VOPradius. The MAX receives the call sends a request to the radius but it shows up as local on service type and then disconnects the user.

What do the radius logs show you? Is it the TNT not forwarding the request to radius or the radius disconnecting due to some reason.?
